Documents to be submitted at time of admissions

 Admission Form.
 Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Immunisation Certificate.
 Four passport size photos and one stamp size photo of the student.
 3 passport size photos of mother and father and 3 photos of guardian (if applicable).
 Photocopy of previous year’s report card/transcript (if applicable).
 Transfer Certificate (originals) for those seeking admission to Class II and above.
 Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
 Student’s Blood Group information.
 2 Transport pick up cards and one ID card duly filled up in block letters needs to be submitted along with filled up Admission Form. (Kindly note that the Transport and ID cards are available only at the school office).
